Our leadership team and functional heads (assisted by our office dog Crumble), are energetic and forward-thinking. With varied backgrounds and experience of the non-profit sector, and a passion for technology and processes, we work hard to deliver Jumbo’s mission in the UK.

Tam leads Jumbo Interactive in the UK, overseeing Jumbo’s External Lottery Manager (ELM) companies, which include StarVale and Gatherwell. With a background in technology, digital, and SaaS platforms, Tam is also a Fellow of the British Computer Society. He is also a trustee of the environmental charity City of Trees and the heritage site The Portico Library.

Phil leads the commercial activities for Jumbo Interactive in the UK, and is also the General Manager for Gatherwell. His extensive commercial experience enables him to deeply understand customer challenges and forge strategic partnerships ensuring every lottery solution delivers maximum value. He leads a team dedicated to providing excellent customer service and lasting partnerships. Phil is on the Board of Directors for The Lotteries Council, representing the society lottery industry in the UK.

Susan drives strategic growth at StarVale, where she’s spent over 22 years shaping successful lottery and raffle programmes. With a background in operations, finance, and admin, she’s committed to maintaining top operational standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Her expertise spans building and managing successful lottery and raffle programmes, robust financial modelling, as well as providing in-depth and practical knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Martin heads up the finance division for Jumbo Interactive in the UK, ensuring accurate reporting and controls across the subsidiaries – StarVale and Gatherwell. Martin’s background of working in senior finance roles for the past 10 years in international listed businesses, ensures the highest financial standards are aspired to and achieved across the group.

Jonathan is responsible for discovering new business opportunities for Jumbo Interactive in the UK and works across StarVale and its sister company Gatherwell. His experience working with charities gives him unique insight into donor motivations which allows him to achieve the best results for clients. He is passionate about the impact of connecting clients with the ideal lottery or raffle solution.

James is the go-to guy for all things legal and compliance, advising on business contracts, data protection, gambling regulations and more. He supports our teams at Gatherwell and StarVale to protect our interests and ensure that our business operations are compliant with the law. James has a strong background as in-house legal counsel for various organisations across the gambling, financial services and consumer goods industries, which allows him to provide valuable advice to our teams.
