Tam leads Jumbo Interactive UK, where he provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for the Group’s British businesses, including the External Lottery Manager (ELM) portfolio of StarVale and Gatherwell and consumer Prize Draw offering Dream Car Giveaways. Since joining Jumbo in April 2024, Tam has been instrumental in aligning Jumbo’s UK operations with Jumbo’s broader global strategy.
With a career spanning the evolution of technology, digital, and SaaS platforms, Tam has developed a strong track record in large-scale business integration. He specialises in leading acquisitions, integrating complex infrastructures, and scaling teams to support rapid growth. His approach ensures that expansion is underpinned by robust operational, regulatory, and governance frameworks.
A Fellow of the British Computer Society, Tam brings a rigorous, technical perspective to corporate strategy. Beyond his executive role, he is an active advocate for heritage and the environment, serving as a trustee of the environmental charity City of Trees and the historic Portico Library. This combination of operational leadership and community engagement supports Jumbo’s position as a leading force in the UK’s digital lottery sector.
